Helpful. I did notice some maintenance issues that needed attention upon arrival, although they were addressed quickly by staff.

The hotel was located just next door to a suburb and Old Town Temecula. The venue's location was perfect near shopping centers. Besides, it was 2 miles away from a shopping mall. I came here for 2 nights and had a such wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the location near to the field. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Jersey Mike's Subs, had some food there.

Frustrating lack of parking during peak times!!! Room cleanliness inconsistencies marred my stay and noisy neighbors disrupted my peace!!! The high pet fees are completely ridiculous for short stays!!! Management needs to be more accommodating!!!

Absoluteley DISAPPOINTED in the lack of regard for my party's situation. We weren't even able to book a room with my cousin's points. How unprofessional! The service was just as bad! I almost wanted to give a good review, but not a chance, the hospitality here is PATHETIC! Check yourselves, Residence Inn. 1 Star is generous.

Had a blast with my friends here! Enjoyed the gym and even played some tennis. The smart TVs kept us entertained, and the spacious kitchen was a huge plus. The location was super handy for exploring local spots. Definitely recommend it for group getaways!
